It depends on what type of business you have. Certain businesses require licenses while others don’t. You need to register the business with the State of NH. Once you do that you are recognized as a business in NH and can do business. I have a business in WA and one customer says that in our state a service contract where customers prepay for services cannot expire. After doing some research I cannot find any such provision but I am not a lawyer. If you can answer, please cite something… Thanks
