I was watching HGTV the other day and there was an episode of House Hunters International in the Cayman Islands. Apparently, there is no property tax there.
Is there a list of places that have no property taxes? Also, are there cities/counties in the US without property taxes?
I never liked the idea that when you buy a house and pay it off, you still have to pay for it through property taxes, so I’d really like to know the options here. Thanks!
