He swears he’s never cheated but now I find that hard to believe. His profiles indicate he’s looking for discreet 1-on-1 sex when convenient. I don’t trust him at all and am pretty sure he’s cheated on me in the past and obviously wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.
He denies it all. What do I do? Should I leave him knowing what he’s capable of?

You should leave him, he has the heart of a cheater, if given the opportunity and he actually met someone he would cheat on you. Its just a matter of time before he does if he is actively looking the way he is.
